Ahlström Capital and CapMan signed on 5 June 2009 agreements whereby Ahlström Capital would become the majority shareholder in Å&R Carton by acquiring part of the shares held by funds managed by CapMan. The necessary official permits and other approvals upon which the transaction was conditional were received during the summer, and the deal was closed today. Å&R Carton became thus a subsidiary of Ahlström Capital.
